    Hello James,
You have described such a realistic Autumn scene in your writing today. I can feel the cold wind and almost smell the bonfire and hear the fireworks too.

I love the way you have used some great WOW words – especially “graceful” and “the wind whistling” these add to the effect of your writing.

    Thank you,

    MrsP

I really liked this set of sentences James and they are almost like a poem. You have covered all the different things we think of about autumn especially the temperatures. Keep up this excellent work and share more of your writing with us next time!

  3. James' mum says:

    Hi James
Loving your autumn paragraph and now can’t wait for our fire work night,
Where are we going to go?
Great work and excellent description of autumn.

  4. James' dad says:

My son, I’m so proud of you! What you wrote reminded me of what autumn is all about. After reading your thoughts, I realised that I had stopped noticing things around me. For instance! leaves tumbling down from trees, fireworks going off, bonfires burning bright at night and trying to keep warm because I haven’t wrapped up properly. The river flowing gently is something I’ve never really noticed, but will do so now. Thank you my son for reminding me what autumn is all about.

    Dad
